The 140,000 SF building features 64 bay doors (32 each side), in a 50’x60’ structural bay with 32’ clear height, features and a clearly defined staff and visitor entry. Dock levelers, LED lighting throughout, sprinkler capacity for ESFR and in-rack sprinklers for their high piled storage are just some of the amenities Incorporated into this project.
