100,000 sf administration building to support the client’s main campus.
The project’s main objective was to provide additional admin space, executive floors, mail center, gym, cafeteria, and conference center for the campus. The strategy was to create a new building that doesn’t compete with the main entrance. Travel distance was also a primary concern.
One of the main features was the sky bridge connecting the new building to the existing office space. The sky bridge would allow employees within both buildings to use all of the same amenities.
This new building allowed additional space and flexibility for employees and departments to work more collaboratively. The buildings’ connection provided the correct adjacencies and separation required for day-to-day functions to work more effectively and efficiently.
