Heather’s passion for design stems from recognizing the powerful impact the built environment has on people. Early in her career, she feared ending up in a dark, dusty cubicle and realized that even if she loved her work, she wouldn’t thrive in such an uninspiring space. That realization sparked her drive to ensure others never have to work in environments that stifle creativity or well-being.

She believes that great design lies in the details—that the smallest touches can make the greatest difference. To Heather, a space should be intuitively designed to care for people, and her favorite part of the job is helping create environments that people genuinely look forward to being in every day.

Heather graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She holds LEED Green Associate, GGEP, and Fitwel Ambassador certifications and is an active member of International Interior Design Association (IIDA).
