“My happy place is somewhere between a jobsite, a good book, and a home improvement project.”
Kendra loves uncovering what makes an organization unique and translating that into spaces that feel authentic to the people who use them. She believes the best workplace environments should reflect a company's culture, support how people work, and leave a lasting impression on employees and visitors alike.
As an Associate and Registered Interior Designer, Kendra leads workplace projects from visioning and programming through construction. She is passionate about understanding how clients define success, how they want to be perceived, and how design can help bring those goals to life. Her work blends hospitality-inspired planning, thoughtful materiality, and integrated lighting to create environments that feel tailored, memorable, and distinctly reflective of each client.
Kendra earned her Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University, where she also completed a minor in Architecture. She is NCIDQ certified, a Registered Interior Designer in Texas, and a professional member of IIDA.
Outside of the office, Kendra is rarely sitting still. She reads more than 100 books a year and enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures. She's also always working on a creative project, whether that's home renovations, baking, crafting, or planning office events as part of Inventure's Culture Crew. She and her husband stay busy chasing after their young son and three dogs who keep life entertaining.
