Paige Pray is a licensed architect with over 10 years of experience working across commercial and institutional projects. She was drawn to architecture for its blend of creative problem-solving and real-world impact, and she brings a thoughtful, methodical approach to every project. Paige is known for balancing strong design thinking with clear communication, steady leadership, and a collaborative mindset that keeps teams and clients moving forward with confidence.

She earned her degree in architecture from The University of Tennessee, where she studied at the College of Architecture and Design, and is a licensed architect in Tennessee. Paige has extensive experience leading design development, coordinating consultants, and supporting clients from early concept through construction. She values environments that encourage critical thinking, accountability, and authentic collaboration.

Outside of work, Paige loves baking—especially sourdough loaves, cookies, bagels, and biscuits. Just don’t ask her to make a layer cake.
