Inventure partnered with Bank of Oklahoma to break away from traditional corporate norms and reimagine their San Antonio office as a fresh, modern workspace.
As a top-tier wealth management office, their vision centered on creating high-volume collaborative zones while maximizing limited square footage and offering dedicated retreat spaces for individual focus.
Tailored branding was a top priority from the start. We incorporated custom graphic window films for both privacy and identity, and introduced a floor-to-ceiling dimensional “beacon” in the executive lounge as a tonal focal point. Challenges like low ceiling heights and visible mechanical systems were transformed into design features with dropped rigid felt panels, defining intimate seating areas while softening acoustics.
Warm wood tones, sheer metal screens, and layered decorative lighting evoke a hospitality feel throughout the space.
Sit-to-stand desks were included to enhance the employee experience, while full glass office fronts bring in abundant natural light. The palette—featuring playful mosaic tile, bold contrasts, and signature Bank of Oklahoma red—cements a strong brand presence in a space that feels anything but typical.
