Inventure designed a ground-up addition to expand the client’s boarding, grooming, and preventive care facilities, creating safe, efficient, and welcoming spaces for pets, owners, and staff.

Key challenges included addressing pet odor, floodplain conditions, and the need for durable finishes that could withstand heavy use.

Solutions included state-of-the-art mechanical ventilation systems, a new retaining wall that leverages existing topography for stormwater management, and resilient materials designed for longevity against cleaning chemicals and pet wear.

The facility now features improved traffic flow with dual-lane pick-up and drop-off, a centralized reception and intake area, multiple kennel options, play yards, and even a splash pad—balancing functionality with an inviting experience for all users.
