During ground-up construction on an apartment complex, Cortland Partners was in need of an interior designer to assist with some finishing touches.

The development company sought out Inventure to select all interior finishes, furniture, art, and plants for the clubhouse and model unit to achieve an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. Inventure also selected the pool deck furniture for the pool and cabana.
