AmerCable located at 2747 West Grand Pkwy North Katy, Texas. Inventure was called on to assist AmerCable in reducing their office footprint and increase their industrial mark.

Their new office space will consist of 18,000 sf of office space and 32,000 sf of warehouse space used for fabrication.

AmerCable’s new space will be located in a Shell building in Katy, Texas. The interior space will be economically designed and have an industrial look, the flooring will consist of a mix of concrete and carpeted flooring.

The new space will also include a demo/presentation area, as well as a large training room for both employees and customers to use.
