Nestled in The Woodlands, Texas, Cellipont's innovative 76,000 sq ft facility is engineered for cutting-edge cell therapy manufacturing. Strategically positioned near major airports, it guarantees swift service nationwide.
At the heart of the facility sits a block of seven, Grade B, clean rooms that are highly adaptable to accommodate diverse processes, equipment platforms, and the unique needs of client programs. Each flex-suite is outfitted with gas manifolds, modular mobile workstations, and utility connections. A mechanical mezzanine above the clean rooms contains room-dedicated air handlers that provide unidirectional, single-pass, HEPA airflow. The mezzanine also permits maintenance to be handled from outside the clean space.
Everything about the building’s layout was designed to optimize the segregated flow of personnel and materials into, through and out of the flex-suite clean rooms.
Great care was given to make the entire facility client-friendly, with multiple Person-in-the-Plant and audit rooms as well as viewing corridors into all manufacturing and testing areas. All operations will be designed to be paperless, and the facility is supported by full building back-up power to ensure resiliency.
The facility also allows for future customization to meet specific client needs. As client programs advance through the clinic and toward commercialization, Cellipont will work collaboratively to tailor additional suites to satisfy unique client requirements.
