The design team pays attention to the client's brand and culture, incorporating GMN blue accents on the exterior to create a welcoming atmosphere and enhance visibility.
Inside, the interior design combines elements of precision manufacturing, natural materials, and comfortable furnishings. Energy efficiency is a priority, with the building being solar panel ready and aiming for net-zero energy usage.
