The building management team was interested in providing tenants with designed ready-to-move-in spec suites.
This would allow the tenants to move in quickly while getting a high-quality space. The suite was one of three similar spaces that could be combined and/or taken alone, depending on the tenant's need. It featured a small reception, a conference room, a few offices, and a coffee bar/break room.
The finishes used were, although readily available, in line with the latest design trends. and it made the space feel fresh and up to date.
