Inventure was engaged to lead comprehensive interior and exterior renovations for an existing facility, with a focus on improving functionality, aesthetics, and long-term efficiency.

The scope was divided into two major components: modernizing interior spaces to better serve operational needs, and upgrading the building’s exterior to enhance appearance and security.

A key part of the interior scope included extending the existing second-floor slab to create additional usable floor area. This structural addition was carefully integrated into the existing footprint, maintaining code compliance and structural integrity. Restroom facilities were also fully updated with new plumbing fixtures, modern finishes, upgraded lighting, improved ventilation, and ADA-compliant features to support accessibility and comfort.

Inventure also reimagined the control room with fresh finishes and layout updates to support better functionality and visual cohesion—turning a technical space into a more polished, efficient working environment.

To improve both security and aesthetics, we removed and infilled an existing overhead door, seamlessly matching the new construction to the surrounding façade. Two new windows were added to bring natural light into the interior and elevate the exterior presence of the building. The result is a cohesive renovation that strengthens both the form and function of the facility, setting it up for the next phase of use.
