McGrath & Co.'s relocation project involved designing a larger office space that could accommodate the company's continued growth while creating a workplace that reflected its brand identity and culture.
The primary objective was to transform an existing commercial office suite into a functional, collaborative environment that supported employees' day-to-day operations while providing a welcoming experience for clients and visitors. The project included an open reception area, a centrally located breakroom, private offices, open workstations, multiple huddle rooms, conference spaces, and a large training room designed to support company meetings and employee development.
A key priority throughout the design process was ensuring the McGrath & Co. brand was incorporated into the workplace in a meaningful way.
The entry sequence was intentionally designed to provide clear sightlines to the breakroom, where the company's branding, signature colors, and environmental graphics create an immediate visual connection to the organization's identity. Rather than limiting branding to signage, the design integrated these elements into the overall interior experience, reinforcing the company's culture throughout the space.
Several thoughtful design solutions contributed to the success of the project. The open entry and visual connection to the branded breakroom create a strong first impression while encouraging employee interaction. A variety of meeting spaces—from informal huddle rooms to a large training room—provide flexibility for different working styles and group sizes. By combining efficient planning with intentional branding, the completed design delivers a workplace that not only supports McGrath & Co.'s operational needs but also reflects the company's identity and provides room for future growth.
