Following the renovation of the sister building with Huntsman Corporation in Waterway Plaza I, Inventure worked with Transwestern to fully renovate the main lobby at Waterway Plaza II.

The design focused on bringing life and energy into the lobby by providing comfort and flexibility for the tenants and visitors in a space that was previously dark and uninviting. Special consideration was given to elements in the lobby that would remain after the refresh so that the design fit seamlessly.

Lighting updates, a new security desk, and perfectly paired furniture and materials came together to successfully transition a traditional lobby into an attractive amenity for the building.
