ABGI, a national tax consulting firm, experienced exponential growth and sought additional space to accommodate its expanding operations. In order to meet their requirements, they decided to upgrade from a partial floor suite to a full floor single tenant occupancy. Inventure was engaged to design the floor, elevating its aesthetics and functionality.
The project had two primary objectives: creating an impressive elevator lobby presence and designing an alluring space for entertainment purposes. The break room, a focal point of the design, was carefully crafted to serve as both a dining area for employees during the day and a lively space for after-hours events. The strategic placement of the break room in close proximity to the accessible outdoor balcony allowed for an expanded entertaining space with stunning views.
The floor layout was carefully orchestrated, incorporating a harmonious blend of open-plan workspaces and enclosed offices, with meeting areas evenly distributed throughout the floor. Midway through the project, ABGI underwent a rebranding exercise. To accommodate this transition, a neutral architectural finish palette was chosen, allowing for seamless integration of the new brand colors. Additionally, the incorporation of black frames and hardware added a polished edginess that exemplified ABGI's forward-thinking and innovative approach.
