Cadence Bank, a leading regional banking franchise, partnered with Inventure to relocate its headquarters into three interconnected floors at the Park Towers complex.
Our goal for the Cadence Bank Office relocation was to take the mission, values, and community intramural to the Cadence Bank brand and weave them seamlessly into the architecture of the space.
Cadence Bank wanted to capture the elegance and detail known to the brand but with a more modern and fresh approach. Making sure their office reflected a tailored yet approachable space that would appeal to their high-end clients. The 72,000 sf office space supports nearly 300 employees, incorporating multiple teams and departments into one centralized location.
Creating specialized spaces that help meet the needs of multiple end-users and cultivate community was vital. The three-story interconnecting central stair serves as the main circulation path to unite employees and encourage cross-collaboration between departments across the various floors.
The custom chandelier was designed to mimic the rhythmic language rooted in the Cadence Bank brand while guiding you down all three floors of the project.
The design team sought out rhythmic and natural elements when specifying a finish palette for the space. For this to be accomplished, color and material choices were primarily focused on taupes, bleached oaks, and natural stones with a pop of blue and gold to truly elevate the space.
