Raptor Technologies is a software company transforming school safety around the world. Driven by their mission to protect every child, every day, they were looking to re-define their workplace environment and provide the best environment for serving the schools they protect.
With a scattered workforce post-pandemic, Inventure was engaged for both workplace strategy and full design services in order to address their challenges holistically.
Starting with a firmwide workplace survey, Inventure analyzed the results in conjunction with the client, in order to better understand spatial allocations, collaboration needs, and technology challenges. This data served as a roadmap for the design, which resulted in 11,000 sq ft of energetic, branded, collaboration space. The new Raptor Technologies office includes an open floor plan with strategically located department adjacencies.
The new Raptor Technologies office includes an open floor plan with strategically located department adjacencies. A centralized break room separates the sales team from the operations team, with collaborative break-out rooms of varying sizes scattered evenly throughout.
Sweeping views of downtown compliment the Raptor Technologies brand palette infused throughout the space, which also provides the perfect backdrop for a mental break in the game lounge. Adjustable height desks provide ergonomics, while acoustic considerations enable the open plan to be successful. Technology integration was key in order to provide connectivity to remote employees and unite the distributed workforce.
